The government can cover these expenses for so long…and then they have to get more fuel (money) to stay aloft.
But there’s only two ways to do that: taxes & inflation.
Either one of those options are going to screw everyone–the people with the least money being the hardest hit. Low income? Fixed income? Game over. You lose.

As someone who’s done much better on the low-carb diets than anything previous, I’ll stick with the stuff that makes me full. But you’d be a fool to not understand that profit is the motive of everyone selling packaged foods of any type–even the “organic” weenies.
